Jameson is the friendly face you see when you come to tour The Celebration Farm. She will walk you through all of our facilities and help you find which one is the best fit for you.
She also has a passion for branding and loves growing our brand in the community and on social media. She is a recent University of Iowa Grad where she studied Event Management and Sociology.
She started at The Celebration Farm in 2021 working during the events and quickly grew a passion for our venue. After graduating in 2022 she jumped right into her new role working with clients and sharing our brand on many platforms.
Jameson is creative, laid back, and friendly. She loves going on adventures with friends and family and playing with her dogs!
What is your favorite part about events?
“I love when families come in to see our space and watching their faces light up when they fall in love with our venue and get really excited to plan their event with us.”

Pam Cavey
Event Coordination & Meetings
Pam has worked in different capacities at The Celebration Farm since the doors opened in 2011. It is clear when you meet her that she has a passion to make sure your event is unique and created to your desires. She loves to help you create a celebration that will be easy to manage but also speak to what you like and what you want.
As a project manager for 28 years prior to her current role, she brings organizational skills and a love of documentation that will help make your day run smoothly without a need for questions and decisions during your celebration.
Pam is personable, organized, and loves to get to know the groups she works with to help them have their day their way. Outside of working at The Celebration Farm, she loves spending time with her family (husband, 4 adult kids, and 6 grandkids).
What is your favorite part about events?
“Whether it is a wedding, corporate event or celebration of life I strive to make the event happen the way they want and need and feel like I can make any event successful, this is what drives me.”

Claudia Schultz
Employee Scheduling & Facilities Maintenance
Claudia has grown her position through the years and now manages all facility, grounds, events and staff needs. She started in 2014 and fell in love with creating a “wow” experience for guests. It’s clear to see when Claudia interacts with staff and guests that she wants the day to be everything they expect it to be and more.
She also has a passion for nature and preserving and enhancing the beautiful spaces of The Celebration Farm. She is from Solon, Iowa and graduated from the University of Iowa in 2020.
Claudia is detail oriented, collaborative, and tries to bring out the best in others. When she is not at The Celebration Farm, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking with her dog, and playing games on her computer.

“My favorite part of events is to see groups bring elements of themselves to the space and truly create an environment that is tailored to them.”
