Pricing for Weddings & Events at The Celebration Farm

The pricing below includes the facility you choose for 16.5 hours on your date. Additionally, there is the option of a whole site rental, Timber Frame + Double Round + Amphitheater, which accommodates more guests.

Alcohol Options

Option 1

The caterer/vendor is in charge of alcohol. The caterer/vendor will be serving only beer and wine and/or will be serving a full bar. The license and insurance is to be provided by the caterer/vendor. The caterer/vendor is responsible to list The Celebration Farm, LLC as an additional insured and will make sure to use our address (4696 Robin Woods Lane NE, Iowa City Iowa 52240) for the insurance/license.

Option 2

The group will be handling the bar and will be serving only beer and wine products. They will choose their own bartenders. The group will need Host Liquor Liability insurance. The group is responsible to list The Celebration Farm, LLC as an additional insured and will make sure to use our address (4696 Robin Woods Lane NE, Iowa City Iowa 52240) for the insurance.

Option 3

The group will be handling the bar and will be serving hard alcohol. They will choose their own bartenders. The group will need a liquor license and Dram shop insurance. The group is responsible to list The Celebration Farm, LLC as an additional insured and will make sure to use our address (4696 Robin Woods Lane NE, Iowa City Iowa 52240) for the insurance/license.

Rental Linens

Table linens and skirts are available to rent in: White, Black, or Ivory. Napkins are available to rent in: white, ivory, black, navy, burgundy, gold, red, forest green, and chocolate brown. When renting any of our linens, CF staff will fold, place, and remove the linens.

Pricing Frequently Asked Questions

What packages do you offer?

You choose the venue and ceremony location you like. You see everything that is included in your rental and the only additional fees are our linens and dishes.

What is the payment structure?

It is 25% down of the venue fee to save the date. 50% is due 5 months before your event. The last 25% is due 1 month before your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not do any refunds but we do allow you to change your date one time for free. If you move your date to a higher priced date you will have to pay the difference of the two dates.

How will the space look when the doors open for my event?

You will have a planning meeting with us at least 2 months before your event. That way our staff will know exactly how to set the space. When you walk in all the chairs, tables, linens, etc. will be set how you want.

Can we leave our cars overnight?

Yes, any of your guests can leave their cars overnight and pick them up the next day before 12pm.

What does clean up look like at the end of the night?

We will have a staff member on site the whole day. All you have to do is take out your own items at the end of the night.

Is there a space for an outdoor ceremony?

Yes! We have a beautiful outdoor amphitheater that can seat up to 300 people and is surrounded by trees and a pond.

Are there any venue taxes, gratuities, or damage deposits?

No there are no venue taxes, gratuities, or damage deposits.

How far out are you booked?

That depends on the month, but on average people book a year or more in advance.

How do we schedule a tour?

You can call (319)-800-9212 or visit our website, thecelebrationfarm.com, and follow our scheduling link to book a tour on your own time.

Is there parking, air-conditioning, heating, kitchen, bar, and sound system?

We have a 2 paved parking lots with plenty of lighting. We also have heating, air conditioning, and a very large ceiling fan. We have a catering kitchen with a double door refrigerator, deep freezer, oven, plenty of counter space, and drive up access to the kitchen. We have bar tops that are movable and a sound system with a wireless microphone.

Do you have shuttling to your venue?

Yes, there are 3 hotels that offer free shuttling to and from our venue when you reserve a room block with them.

How long do I get the space for?

You get the space from 8am–12:30am. Friday rentals have 4hrs of early set up/rehearsal on Thursday. If you have rented the Amphitheater on Saturday or Sunday you can rehearse for 1hr the day before within 8am–12pm.

What are the food and beverage options (including alcohol)?

You can bring in any vendors you would like too! You can also bring in your own food and beverage if you would like to.
